Sound baths, also known as sound-guided meditations, are another form of meditation known for their impressive ability to relieve stress, anxiety, and promote better sleep. Sound-guided meditations can be done in groups, as events, or individually. Eric has worked with companies like Parsley Health, Google, Thrive Market, WBR, Well+good, Unplug Meditation, and multiple yoga studios throughout the greater Los Angeles area.
Eric uses effective and accessible techniques to help lower stress levels and to help achieve maximum well-being. Working to bring alternative healing to all people, he will lead you on an hour-long sound-guided meditation using crystal singing bowls to produce healing sounds and vibrations. Participants should bring a yoga mat or blanket, wear comfortable clothes, and come prepared to shut down!

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing through international love and light energy. Reiki Masters focus on areas of need, removing negative energy with a non-touch approach and replacing it with warmth and radiance. It’s a complimentary technique that will enhance any medical treatment without contraindications, providing stress relief and relaxation, and restoration of physical, emotional, and/or spiritual balance.
Like a thermostat, Reiki regulates your body’s energy as practitioners place their hands on or above your body in varying positions. Reiki sensations have been described as changes in temperature, pins and needles sensations, buzzing, or sparks. The session will last 50-60 minutes.
